Are these services open to everyone?
Yes. You do not need a diagnosis or a DDD connection to inquire. We discuss your goals, availability, service scope and any access needs before booking.
Is Therapeutic Life Mentor a therapy service?
No. This is nonclinical mentoring for practical goals, routines and follow-through. It does not include psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, hands-on personal care or Individual Supports.
Can I work with M.O.M. virtually?
Virtual inquiries are welcome wherever you are. We confirm whether the requested service can be offered in a suitable virtual format before booking. In-person services require NJ location confirmation.
Will DDD pay for my service?
We cannot promise funding. Your support coordinator must review the specific request against current requirements. Applicable approvals, an approved ISP, a coordinator-issued SDR and fiscal intermediary requirements must be confirmed before funded services begin. DDD reviews each request against the applicable Goods & Services criteria before authorizing funding.

Can I ask about 504 Plan Advocacy & Educational Support?

Is Virtual Counseling available now?
No. Virtual Counseling is coming soon and is expected to be private pay. Joining the interest list requests updates; it does not reserve an appointment. Licensing, location, telehealth procedures, privacy safeguards, and availability will be confirmed before scheduling begins.
